Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine, focusing on stretching the connective tissue in the body to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. It involves holding poses for longer periods, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes.
